Checking out.

The first responsibility of an employee on the floor is to make sure that a customer in line at the check out is out of the store quickly. I like Blockbuster, but the attitude of the employees is totally wrong, they should stop counting video and get my money, all I want is to go home and watch the movie not standing in line waiting that the lonely cashier finish his conversation whlie three other employees are watching the situation, yet not fixing it... Maybe a supervisor should be on duty at all time to, I don't know, supervise...
